Q. Can I request a specific timed delivery?
A. However much Verde would like to offer this service, we are unable to give guaranteed timed deliveries. The option in the special requests on your order page can be used for a preference (i.e. a.m. or p.m.) and we will try and adhere to this, however this is not guaranteed. Your order will be delivered on your requested day, whilst observing your individual requests.

Q. Do you deliver my order personally?
A. Verde will personally deliver orders received within Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Cannock, Lichfield, Tamworth and Dudley. For orders received outside of this vast area, they will be sent by Royal mail in our secure packaging.

Q. How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?
A. Due to the high volume of orders delivered, we cannot confirm delivery of each order. However, all deliveries are timed and signed for. Therefor at the end of each day please contact 0800 7836624 where we can confirm the time of delivery.

Q. What happens if they are not in when you make delivery?
A. Every effort is made to ensure that if the recipient is not home the flowers will be left with a neighbour. A calling card will be posted to advise the recipient where the flower have been left.

Q. What if the flowers I’ve ordered are out of stock?
A. As the nature of our business is around perishable items, Verde maintains stock levels to ensure that stock is conditioned and turned into orders at a incredible speed. It is in our interest to use our stock quota daily to ensure that you only receive the freshest of flowers, ensuring that your selection has not been in our studio days prior to you receiving them. This allows the recipient a greater vase life. With stock arriving daily it is common for Verde to send flowers in bud. This again shows freshness and longevity of the flowers. In the unlikely event that we are not holding a flower selection within your order we will substitute to equal or greater value to ensure your order fulfils your expectations.

Q. My flowers have been delivered in water. When should I remove the water bubble?
A. The aquapack (water bubble) is used to assist with the transport your bouquet, keeping the flowers in water. As with all cut flowers, to ensure freshness and to help the vase life your water in the vase should be changed every 2nd day. Leaving the aquapack on does not allow you to water change. Cut the water bubble off over a sink and place into a vase, remembering to add the flower food provided when water changed every 2nd day.

Q. I like lillies but they always stain!
A. When your lily first opens the pollen is always dry. It only goes fury and stains when the air as left to get it. Remember to check your lillies and as the bloom starts to open remove the pollen. At this stage it will not stain your hands. Leave the centre of the lily, as this is this fragrance.

Q. My roses have drooped, what can I do?
A. Roses are beautiful flowers but one of the hardest to keep. If you find any of your roses have drooped then place approx. 5 inches of boiling water in a vase re cut the stems (always on a slant) and leave them in the water for a couple of hours. You should start to see them gain strength. When you are happy they are restored place them with your other roses.

Q. I need to cancel my order. How do I do it?
A. Please telephone 0800 783 6624 and we can assist you.
